Pros
I have worked with Scalability experts and have enjoyed my work throughly. Worked with the most knowledgable and experienced consultants in the world of SQL BI Applications, 90% of resource who work with this company either joined Microsoft or in US/Singapore now..learning was a great experience with them I have learn how to learn independantely ( without mentor). I think Team leads and Managers can be a role model for people who enjoy self learning and handling projects single handedly without any complaints ..Enjoyed flexi timings, good colleagues makes environment more energetic. Deserving employees always got the promotions and hike as per the expectations ( at times more than industry standards). In a small company each department is interlink and any individual person can not take decision independently, so every department including HR/ Accounts/ PMO need to take collective decisions with management.
Cons
I don’t really find any cons but throughly enjoyed my journey in this imperfectly perfect company.... the company is small and the work demands really pressure here. The people who got flavor of work environment of TCS, HCL, Wipro etc. are a big NO NO for this. There are daily challenges, in a month candidate need to travel to Dubai, Singapore, Japan, US many places.. Always pack your bag when you join SE... but it is really fun to work with best people around...
