- the owners will treat you like family and have your back no matter what. One caveat, you do exactly the same to them.

- Inclusive, I am Polish but we had Greek, Italian, Asian, African, Caribbean and other nationalities working there and there was absolutely no mistreatment or discrimination. Some ethnic employees had high positions within the business. Opportunities were available for everyone regardless, what colour, race and gender you were.
Cons
- The hours on the weekends could be shorter. Overall, hours could be more flexible which would improve work/life balance but it’s either you work hard and make money or you don’t put the effort in and be unhappy.
