Pros
I’ve never been in a more positive, helpful environment. Teams are small, so you get to know everyone quickly. Management and higher-up’s are very kind, encouraging, and personable. The company values our personal growth and family life, so they encourage us to work hard and achieve excellence, while also being understanding if you need to step away for a bit for an appointment or something. Remote work is also allowed, meaning you can live in a few approved states and still work. Benefits are great. Insurances and employer contributions to an SEP-IRA and HSA are quite generous. I have really loved working here and have loved everyone in the company.
Cons
No real promotion structure. It’s hard to feel like you are growing when there are no real role or title increases unless you become a manager (which isn’t something you can’t become unless there is a need and you have the experience). After 3 years, I feel like I have not grown in pay or job title proportionally to my growth in skills and experience.
