Pros

Tennessee trip is always great.

Cons

The left hand never knows what the right is doing. Communication is horrible above store level. They like to allow some stores to do whatever they want, even break the law if it helps sales. But won't allow some stores to buy cleaning supplies if they aren't meeting outrageous goals. Overall this company will treat you like crap and walk all over you. It is full of liars back stabbers and cheats. I knew everyone from the rich but not knowledgeable owners down to back stabbing asst store managers. Work/life balance is non existent. Mandatory 45 hours not including lunches makes it 50, but realistic 60-75 hrs a week. 6 days a week because they refuse to hire asst managers in a timely manner. They wont allow a store manager to hire for that. Regional managers do that... dumb. Also 85% of hired store/asst managers and higher up management were fired from various jobs. A lot of the time because of theft related charges. Besides that your bonuses are always cut because of other stores plus you wait months after inventories and end of year to get bonuses. By the time you get you check for an amazing quarter you find out the owners cut 50% from everyone to build a new store. Truth.
