Pros
I've thoroughly enjoyed working for Save My Exams. Even though the company is remote first, there is a strong team culture with everyone supporting each other and rallying around the great cause of helping students get better grades. It's also been refreshing to have a clear vision & strategy that everyone is going after.
Cons
Save My Exams is a fast growing start-up so it won't be for everyone. There is quite a fast pace when it comes to working and even though everyone is really supportive and the company seems to value work-life-balance, there is still a high level of expectations for every role.
