Pros
Some of these negative reviews are over the top, and a lot of these positive ones I think are written by management, so I'll try to be honest. I worked there for several years as a sales arborist. SavATree has a lot of attrition with its sales arborists and it's a difficult position to fill, so if you're looking for your first job as a sales arborist, you could do worse. Every branch is different, and some are ok to work at. There are also plenty of people who work in admin and management that have nothing but good intentions. There's a culture of safety and stewardship of customers' trees that is something I definitely took with me. Benefits are pretty good, too.
Cons
Some managers are great, some are awful to work with. Don't expect to make more than 40-45k without putting in at least a few years or getting a good territory. Sales arborists are pushed very hard to make budgets that are sometimes unreasonable, and sometimes they pass that desperate urgency down to the field people.
