Pros
I had a positive experience with my direct team and immediate leaders — they were professional, collaborative, and supportive. The HR department was also generally helpful and approachable.
Cons
Unfortunately, the overall management and executive leadership fell short in many areas. Compensation was below industry standards, and after leaving the company, I experienced significant delays with my final payment — it took over a month to receive my severance. I had to go through legal discussions just to be paid what I was owed, and even then, my unused vacation days after a full year of work were not recognized. This lack of accountability and organization from the C-level and finance/legal departments left a very poor impression. The company has potential, but major improvements are needed at the top. No real growth oportunities, Majority of people leave after completing training. Workload and payment are not leveled. No corporate benefits. No national holidays.
