Pros
Working at Satya Microcapital Ltd. has been a mixed experience for me. I’ve been here for 3 years, and I’d like to offer an honest perspective for anyone considering joining—especially in entry-level roles. Satya can be a good place to start your career, as it provides valuable exposure to microfinance operations and opportunities to learn on the job. It’s a solid place to understand the basics and build experience. However, be prepared for demanding work that can significantly impact your work-life balance.
Cons
However, the work-life balance is nonexistent. "9 to 5" is a myth here. We regularly work 12-hour days, and taking a full weekend off feels like a luxury. The pressure to meet disbursement and recovery targets is immense and constant. If targets are missed, the stress from upper management trickles down hard.
