- The CEO exhibits authoritarian behavior, establishing his own rules without room for challenge. He is a dictator. Additionally, he makes racist and sexist remarks. Employees have been terminated for minor punctuality issues and not adhering to strict office hours. - Basic amenities like drinking water are lacking, and requesting such necessities leads to the CEO publicly reprimanding the entire staff, discouraging any further requests. Don’t even dare to ask for the cheapest snacks. - Certain leaders demonstrate poor leadership qualities, constantly blaming others or their subordinates without taking responsibility for their own mistakes. - There is a complete absence of words of encouragement or positive reinforcement. - Working throughout the weekend is expected, only to be confronted later about incomplete deliverables. This indicates inadequate project management skills among the leaders. - Unrealistic targets are set intentionally to avoid promotions and salary raises. - Salaries are extremely low, so it is advisable to negotiate a higher salary upfront, as there is no expectation of a raise after joining. - Despite employees having COVID-19, the CEO insists on in-person attendance while wearing masks, displaying a disregard for employee well-being. - Working a minimum of 10 consecutive hours per day without breaks is expected, resulting in detrimental effects on health.
