      Pros

      Multicultural organization, which offers wide range of training and development options. Although the base salary is rather around average in the market, other benefits and internal policies make it worth staying with the company. Absolutely decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Fairly old office building and base salary could be higher.

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
