      Pros

      Applied for the PM position had 4 rounds ,Interview process is very good , HR always responded to queries . Once joined 2nd day i was deployed at client location. Didnt get chance to interact with Internal Sasken prject/process hence cant comment on pos.

      Cons

      No inhouse projects hence you never know what will happen you next month (you will be working or fired), Yes...Sasken do not have much clients & those are there you can count on fingers , so if you are joining Sasken you are putting career at RISK !!!. Although you will get a lots of email about company promotion but nothing in reality (No customers) . I was asked to resign in 1.5 yrs of time saying there are no project & thats it , I was asked to resign !!!

      Pros

      Builds character, shows you the worst parts of human behavior

      Cons

      They employ every shady business tactic in existence and steal money from their employees. Zero transparency, you cannot trust your neglectful management, They only exist in this space to take advantage and exploit others. In other countries they might be a reputable place but their US existence is terrible. Everyone who works through Sasken hates it here
