Pros
Great corporate support and great pay and benefits. Training program is getting better each year. Large but still had a family focus.
Cons
From a plant level, leadership is limited. More of an “old school” feel. I think this will improve as you get talent mixes in with the leadership. Very knowledgeable experience, but limited on leadership development, coaching and mentoring.
