Pros
Excellent product and team environment. There IS upward mobility within all departments; tendency to promote from within. Actually listens to employees; engagement surveys are done and acted upon. Compensation and benefits are incredibly fair.
Cons
There is some consolidation of positions as the industry as a whole is shrinking. While some departments are more flexible, there is rigidity and turnover in others.
