Pros

Great Healthy Employees( who teach others how they became healthy), team work(from Executive Management to Janitorial Staff) everyone loves helping another succeed!...."WE CARE", Great vacation packages, benefits are outstanding and the retirement...what..... Sapoznik matches @7%!! thats unheard of. I love that they take the time to listen and that my opinion matters. Also not being micro-managed and being held accountable for our work is a definite plus.(I love our D.O.O)..when we make mistakes (which we all do) He holds us accountable for them, but makes sure that we learn from our mistakes by positive reinforcement and not yelling or cutting our heads off.... . I also like the fact that I feel that I am a crucial member on a winning team, and that I look forward going to work everyday... But the best I saved for last............ working for Sapoznik is challenging(just b/c of the industry) but following a leader like Rachel Sapoznik you will never fall down, you fall up! She is one of the most business savy women that I know, and you could learn from her just from watching her on a daily basis.... ps WE ALL LOVE THE QUARTERLY TRIPS!!!

Cons

I've read the ones listed on this site by other people (which you can already tell they don't work here anymore) and the only one that I can agree w/ is the furniture for the kitchen (which is not all that bad) ...however the kitchen needs to be bigger.

I am so glad to hear that we are #!1 in your book!! Rachel Sapoznik is very proud of the company she build and the team that we have as part of our family. We are striving daily to listen to our "family" and make improvements on a daily/weekly/yearly basis. Thank you again for sharing your story and suggestions.
