The company is run by a couple and it's quite small and disorganized. The location isn't great, it's pretty far from downtown. The work culture and hours are similar to investment banking, but without the payoff or brand recognition. Clients are mostly startups, which exposes you to many niches, but the flipside is that your work is not as sophisticated and not valued as much.
