      Great leadership team. Very focused on the growth and development in the new era of banking. Cashless location which pushes digital initiative. Focus falls on building relationships with customers for retention and the overall growth of the business. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Different personalities can cause some conflict as not everyone is focused on sales and others want a freer concept without the pressure.
