Poor management, chaotic and unprofessional work environment with a lot of nepotism (Filipinos hire their own family and friends, with a preference for hiring other Filipinos specifically and they purposely speak in Tagalog to talk badly about colleagues who cannot understand them) and catty gossipy and complaining employees, lots of wasted tax dollars due to poor structure
