      Pros

      Nice people. Got questions answered and insights from friendly employees about the workplace and advice on how to get into the biotech industry. Got a good view of working in a startup company.

      Cons

      Communication and team dynamics lacked balance. Need to make the effort to seek learning and training from superiors. Many employees have to wear multiple hats since the company is still small.

      Some good people worked there.

      Cons

      The former head of the company is in jail and heading to trial in January for wire fraud and money laundering. Another employee just pleaded guilty to wire fraud for embezzling money from the company and has turned states evidence. It's a terrible situation for all the investors and the new leader is not very good, he doesn't know what he's doing. The IP portfolio is worthless and the board has no experience turning around a troubled company...they're all investors.
