Pros
Beware of fake good reviews, due to many negatives the HR teams asks employees to post fake good reviews. I have worked in sankey for more than 2 years so here's a genuine one :-) Genuinely there are only two pros 1- Hand-on on multiple technologies. 2- Complete exposure of project cycle.
Cons
Please read all the cons :- 1- You will end up working at least 12 hours everyday. 2 - You have to work on weekends too and 80% of the times you won't be getting any compensation for that. I have worked whole weekend once with TL but HR denied us any comp-off. 3 - They never nurture a fresher and will merely give 1-2 days to learn new framework and within a week they will bash you vocally with bad feedbacks for not doing the work according to their utopia standards. 4 - They have nothing in process so everything is havoc and disorganized, like they don't even have proper QA or management team. 5 - The salary is very very less compared to the work done and they don't even have structured appraisals so they will dig out all your silly mistakes and trouble you during bonus and increment talks. I saw many employees being denied their bonuses 6 - Nowadays for all employees they stall their increment discussion for 2 months and in the end they will disappoint your largely with false narratives about your performance. 7 - They have very poor quality machines. I pleaded HR so many times to upgrade my machine to handle heavy software but they never considered it. Most of the IOS machines are shared between multiple teams. 8 - They accept all the unrealistic deadlines from clients and make the team work overtime. 9 - Since you always work under pressure, your coding standards degrade and you never learn the quality work. 10 - During covid-19 crises they indirectly forced employees to join office. 11 - There are absolute no monetary benefits apart from your salary. 12 - Important one, since you will be having bond with them and one day you wish to quit, they will uphold the bond paper to your throat. Incase you manage to get out then forget your experience letters. So you are locked. 13 - They ask employee to post fake good reviews so beware. I wish I could post the HR team's screenshots to prove the same 14 - This company has very high attrition rate, say if there are 10 new joinee, only 1 will be there till year end. To cut short, If you want to save yourself from ruining your career its best to avoid this company. If you want steep growth and challenging environment then do join, I tried but it took a heavy personal toll on me.
