Young company-- still figuring out best practices. Pay is not great.

The founders Emily and Andrew are smart, ambitious, and caring. They want to Sanivation projects to succeed but they also care about employees as people. The work is exciting and meaning. Naivasha is a beautiful place. It's small and moves fast. You have an opportunity to contribute in bigs ways.

They only have positions in Kenya, so there is no opportunity to work from U.S. It is still small and they are still growing and finding smooth operations in some respects. I haven't worked there in a few years so I don't know what the pay situation is now.
