Pros
There are some good people and the location is great.
Cons
Literally everything else. The pay is FAR below market average for the area. There is absolutely no work life balance, the benefits are practically nonexistent-you don't even get PTO until you have been with the company for a full calendar year. The atmosphere is negative, toxic, and extremely micromanaging. You will get almost no training, and have absolutely no opportunity to move up or learn new skills. High performers who meet goals get rewarded with higher, more impossible to achieve goals, and lower performers get no guidance on how to improve, and ALL get micromanaged regardless. If you enjoy spending half your day just documenting what you're doing, working 12 hour days for almost no money, and constantly being told that whatever you're doing isn't good enough, this is the place for you! Seriously, run.
