This organization has severely affected my mental well-being. If the job market were more favorable, I would have left already. However, those of us who are unable to move on are subjected to exceptionally high expectations, with little to show for it except for avoiding micromanagement and facing passive aggression from management. This cycle continues until they find something else to handle unprofessionally. Many a manager lack the necessary qualifications and competencies for their roles, let alone effectively managing a team.
