No job security, there is numerous forceful resignation taken from employees. High level politics in higher management & even in operator level with managers. Rating gets decided first before your appraisal discussion with your manager, so its totally depends only how you do personal things with your managers, not depend on your hardly work or result. out dated technology & no improvements, plenty of manpowers with no direction of job to be performed. Culture is no more as a MNC / Novartis organization. There is no transparent / honest procedure for employee appraisal.
