Poorly managed company with terrible culture and ethics - Anonymous employee Sandoz Employee Review

Incapable senior management (VP and above) - unfair, almost abusive and backstabbing in unethical manner. Very political environment - political people get promoted, capable people get burned out fast and do not receive credit. No long-term mindset / planning. Senior management creates too much repetitive and non-value-added work. Most people do not have a life style, expect constant late night and weekend work.
