Good pay & benefits. Solid company.

Tough work during the hot summer months.

The annual bonus is nice. Greg Sanders is very approachable. 401K matching, medical/dental/vision insurance is very affordable.

Private employee information is not kept private by certain people in the admin office. Communication is next door to nonexistent. Bullying: Managers prefer to "keep the peace" rather than deal with issues. Work-life balance is not good. Can only use PTO in 8 hour increments rather than being able to take a couple of hours off at a time if you have an appointment or an emergency.
