The firm claims to have a great culture but is very bias. There is a constant push and highlighting of commerical roles, while delivery is neglected and put on backburner. Upper management is all white males and this is normal and okay in the CEO's mind. There are many young and unqualified individuals in leadership roles and preference is given to Dutch employees over all regions for these roles. Upper mobility is limited as a result and this firm is okay for individual contributors or someone looking to spend 1-3 years as a stepping stone.
