You can earn a lot of money if you are willing to work long hours. When you aren't teaching you don't have to be at the office. Autonomy in the classroom.
Cons
The contract is renegotiated monthly. Never get paid on time. Your life is your work. Schedules are poorly organized. No career growth. No reviews or feedback. Management is focused on making money, not providing quality classes.
