      Helpful and friendly colleagues. Learnt a lot during my time with the company.

      I have nothing bad to say the company as I left at my own will for a new challenge.

      Pros

      Offer all colleagues private healthcare however, the plan is very restrictive.

      Cons

      Limited progression. Very poor management at all levels. Lots of legacy colleagues with significantly inflated salaries which causes tension amongst the workforce. Work-life balance is also poor- large emphasis on working beyond contracted hours for salaried staff without compensation.
