People, quality, profit is their moto, but they don't invest in people. Getting any training is a joke! There is a group of managers who are basicly bullies who stamp their feet and scream if something doesn't go their way. There is nothing to be gained by complaining other than a rude response from the personnel team. Pension scheme has been changed several times in the last couple of years and is no longer all that.
