Pros
Good benefits and 401k match. Tuition reimbursement and laid back environment.
Cons
Favoritism is terrible here. It’s very hard to move up within the company unless you know someone in management or get along really well with one of the supervisors. I have worked here for 6 years and the only people to advance were the people who were either related to or knew someone in management. Therefore, it’s very hard to get a pay raise here. It’s also very noticeable to me and I’m sure a lot of others that the company also hires very few ethnically diverse people. They love whites! To sum it up perfectly the hard workers get zero recognition and the people who break the rules are catered to. All you have to do to make it in this company is get along well with the management. Go talk about sports to the supervisors!
