Pros
Generally, I would like to say that Samsung SDI is really good place for work. Very competitive salary, compensations and working conditions (including office, equipment, lab instruments) are for productive and long stay in company. You have real opportunity to create innovative product for renewable energy, energy storage systems or electric vehicles. You could learn a lot in these fields if you want.
Cons
There are still difficulties with work/life balance. It is getting better, however the real situation varies from group to group, and depends on traditions inside the group and your boss.
