Large growing company. Access to large funds for marketing campaigns and rewarding feeling of being part of large world player.
Cons
Authoritarian korean style of management. You will routinely be spoken to with complete and utter disrespect and will never receive praise for a job well done. If you are in a role where you have to deal with clients you will have a hard time negotiating as subsidiaries are forced to follow strict targets from headquarters and there is no room for flexibility.
