Alot of cons: - top down structure - korean dynasty, only koreans will progress and all top managment are korean - in out gantry to track all your movement including toilet time - crazy working hours, expected to work on weekends - emails coming in every minute of the day. You can work till 12am and start work the next day at 9am, but having 30 emails to clear in the morning. - pay doesn't match out with similar external roles - staff turnover here is less than 1 year, people come and go very quickly and processes are all new.
