Pros
It´s a company that pays good according to market. The company image is excellent to search future new jobs. It improves your CV significantly. It´s a school of reporting.
Cons
Always reporting same data with differents styles. Working with dispatchers (a kind of embasadors besides the local directors) is very stressing. Time is a rush always and workable days are always too long. There is no balance between personal life and work.
