      Clients and employees is what makes the company.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and they want you to work overtime under the table (not claim the hours but “need” you to work). Very short staff. If they paid more and treated their employees better then this company would be successful.

      Pros

      Working with clients can be rewarding at times.

      Cons

      Sample Supports expects a lot from staff but provides little support in return. Pay is low for the level of stress and responsibility, and management often lacks communication and consistency. Burnout is common and turnover is high.
