Pros
There are many great community services provided to the clientele they serve. The community image is fairly in tact and can be used to their advantage for partnerships and sponsors, but the image is waining on the west side of the state.
Cons
They don't always do what they say they are going to do. be sure to get everything in writing before you agree to anything from them. Paper trail is unfortunately needed to CYA.
