Pros
The Calpers retirement is still a great option even with new employees having to work longer than the employees that started earlier.
Cons
Poor management....from a CEO that got a lot of $$$$$ to start and will be there just 5 years ( to collect $250K for the rest of his life) to executive management team who have never taken public transportation. In house fight with seniors executive fighting to make the highest salary before a real CEO and HR department figures out how this agency is being run.
