Company needs to improve in training for managers not just outside hires. Training in technology, operations and area specifics need to be improved. Better communications between home office (HO) and front line managers on programs being implement throughout the company. This communications should be across the board in all divisions. Better pay and compensation for assistant manager, as job descriptions are change to encompass more responsibility compensation should increase along with it. Better evaluation system for managers and improved career tack which will allow career progression faster and in more directions.
