Saltus is a leading wealth management firm that has its sights on revolutionising the industry and I have absolute faith that we will succeed. The Managing Partner is a truly inspirational leader that I trust to make the right decisions for the business. He challenges you in a ‘hands on’ way and will support you through the tough times too - it’s not often you can have such faith in the person leading the business. My direct line manager is a phenomenally talented people manager and someone who I now consider a close friend and confident, which is a real rarity. There’s also a focus on ability - if you work hard and are keen to achieve, you will be rewarded regardless of age or experience. Something that is solidified by some impressive young talent on the Management Committee. Furthermore, the people at all levels of the business really are great to work with - kind, caring and fun to be around. I truly feel at home at Saltus. If you don’t want to work at another boring, ‘green arm chair’ wealth management firm, Saltus is a game changer. It’s a modern, fast paced and innovative firm with a focus on technology and client experience. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Very hard to find Cons. If I was being picky, some of the extended benefits could use an update - health care, Maternity/paternity policy etc but I understand these are under review.
