Pros
Many layers of supervisors, assistant managers, managers, directors, to CEO so always easy to find support and learn. Social life there was lively, constant but not too frequent. Facilities are impeccable and systems are efficient.
Cons
At times it felt like it was understaffed which meant higher workload that 8 hours work per day. Unpaid overtime culture is present, however this can lead to promotions/pay rises.
