Pros
Insurence( they are slowly making that worse though) and helping the customers and free samples
Cons
Pay is awful, say goodbye to a life outside of work, insentive trips are gone, predents award weekends are gone, new higher ups are changing things in a manner that shows they dont care about their employees at all
