Pros

Great for people entering sales. Good sales teachings and practices. Pipeline and structure is there for growth. Overseas opportunities.

Cons

Salary is occasionally delayed. Lifestyle expenses are high. Campaign commissions aren't that high, possibly due to super high overrides by management. You could earn so much more elsewhere with the amount you close from the campaigns provided by Salesworks. Slightly pyramid scheme structure, really gray area. Expect to be surrounded by your colleagues 12 hours a day. Commitment level is way too high for a self employment job. (Team meetings during weekends)

Pros

Great hybrid work flexibility (WFO 3 days, WFH 2 days, and Wednesday half-day). Good place to learn how to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced environments.

Cons

Role boundaries can sometimes be blurred, with specialized roles and core project resources occasionally directed toward non-core operational or repetitive administrative tasks, which isn't an efficient use of specialized talent. Communication and structural alignment from upper management could be more organized to prevent resource wastage and maintain a faster, more focused product development cycle.
