All feedback goes directly to your manager, so there's no way to give feedback if you have issues/concerns involving your direct recruiting manager. With the quarterly reviews employees give managers, it'd be nice to have an opportunity to give feedback to the recruiting manager's supervisor because right now recruiting managers can operate fully unchecked. It would be nice to have more opportunities for anonymous feedback where you can give written remarks.
Overall, I feel my time with the company was cut short due to poor management and a lack of honest feedback on performance. It would have been nice to get an exit interview so I could provide this feedback directly, as I do think the owners are good, well-meaning people who care a lot.
