Manager I had was great, not always in the office but had good communication. They give you $1 raise for each cert you get.

There wasn't always work. So low hours. They would award work to field engineers in Fresno for work that was being done in Rancho's very own backyard while I was 100% available. Got switch to soils tech which I never signed up for. Little space to grow, will be kept in the field. Also you get paid way below market, at the time I was being paid $2 more than min wage. Also saw one of the department heads cuss out a senior engineer. Toxic work environment.
