Every so often he will find some foolish investor to give him money and he will go on a hiring frenzy and hire a bunch of people to work there and make it seem bigger than it is. Nobody there can manage personnel and there is a major lack in communication. When the hard times come, employees are asked to hold their checks until they can bill customers for vehicles and pay payroll. I would strongly advice anyone considering employment at Saleen to reconsider.
