Pros
Great opportunities for growth, they truly promote from within. Love the feel of a small company where most employees have the opportunity to interact with executives because there are not 100 layers of managers in between.
Cons
It's still a growing company without all the "bell & whistles". Not too structured in terms of policies and procedures which at times could lead to inconsistency.
