      Corporate is constantly looking for ways to save money and as a result have no problem laying off seasoned employees in exchange for a new and cheaper face.

      Really felt like family working for Salamander, and the financial compensation is definitely worthwhile.

      There will be slow seasons and busy seasons, but that is quite common for any career in hospitality.

      Bell/Valet is a good summer job for students as you get to meet lots guests which can also be good for networking.

      Cons

      Management could use some work and you are asked to do lots of other little things than just move luggage and valet the cars.
