Pros
- Good and knowledgeable colleagues - Reputable in the industry - Interesting projects and other aspects of work - Generally slightly better pay than industry and more generous overall benefits package
Cons
- It's an italian company for italians. If you have high ambitions for your career and eventually want to be a part of senior management it's gonna be tough. - No yearly feedback or objectives setting. Employee evaluation exists only on paper in HR, in reality (at least in my team) you get zero feedback or any sort of talks about your career and future at Saipem - Generally the culture isn't that great, mainly due to senior management - I find that feedback is never taken into consideration
