Pros

I joined SailPoint within the last year, and couldn't be happier with my decision. There are a couple of culture ideals that many companies talk about, but SailPoint makes a core practice. First, they push decision making down to the lowest level. Within just a few weeks, I was making significant decisions about the direction of my products with full support of my manager. Second, SailPoint has a rule, "No talented jerks." Employees that are good at their jobs, but treat coworkers poorly are let go. This has created one of the most respectful, cooperative, and teamwork focused cultures I've ever encountered. Add in working remote full-time and unlimited PTO, and it's hard to think of any downsides.

Cons

If you are not in the Austin area, and are not very comfortable with remote work, you might struggle since most of the company is remote, and you might only have face-to-face in-person time with your team a couple times a year.
