Pros
If you consider it a "pro" to be able to collect a paycheck for a little while simply pretending to work than this is the place for you. As the lack of effective management and administrative staff in this company allows for many to be able to get away with this mode of operation for a considerably longer period of time than most organizations.
Cons
You will be disrespected by the Owner and upper management. Your job will be threatened for numerous non-valid reasons continuously throughout your tenure. You will be promised raises, promotions and more, that never come to pass. You will be cheated out of your paycheck whenever it suites upper management. You will be thrown under the bus by your inexperienced co-workers to cover their back-sides. You will be belittled and yelled at by the owner, Mr. Miller Cooper, inevitably.
